| ASSISTANT OUTLET MANAGER

Summary:
To ensure that the standards of excellent service and profitability are in line with those that are set by the Management.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure service and hygiene is of the highest level possible.
* To assign staff’s schedule, monitor their attendance, conduct training, briefing and performance review
* Ensure that venue is adequately equipped with all operating equipment, guest supplies, stocks and mis-en-place
* Participate in operational and managerial meetings.
* To perform all additional duties required by the Management
* Takes an active roll in all marketing activities concerning the venue in order to ensure success of Zouk Café Bar Sdn Bhd
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager at any F&B outlets
* Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related is an added advantage
* Café or Restaurant experience preferred
* Presentable with excellent communications skills especially English
* Excellent leadership skills is expected
* Able to work under pressure
