Requirement:

Job Scope:
Answering phone calls and attend to queries and visitors to the office
To help with table reservations and pre-purchase of any special promotions
To receive all mail and arrange for distribution and updating notice board
Ensure adequate supply and making purchase orders of all office stationeries, and issuing the items to work stations as required.
To update and maintain a file on necessary documentation of the office.
To do any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
